This first piece of work on What Parents Want From Speech and Language Therapy was a huge undertaking involving months of work by parent volunteers at their own expense as requested by the local authority - it must not be lost

Between May and December 2017 some work was undertaken to see what parent's wanted in a review of children's therapy services.  This was an extensive undertaking involving attending working party meetings; background research; interviews and surveys; writing a survey report and presenting to parents.  All of this work was undertaken by unpaid and uncompensated parent volunteers at the request of the local authority.  It is important that this work is not lost.
