We have not used the X account @difficultparent since December 2023

Statement regarding the @difficultparent account

For clarity, we want to place the following facts on record.

The X / Twitter account @difficultparent was deactivated by us in December 2023. After the platform’s standard 30-day deactivation period, the account was permanently deleted.

Because the handle was no longer available, a different account @difficultp21985 was created in August 2024. The last post from that account was on 8 September 2025. Since that time we have not used social media.

It has recently come to our attention that the handle @difficultparent has been reused by another account. We want to make this absolutely clear:

Any posts or activity from the account @difficultparent are nothing whatsoever to do with us.

We have no control over that account and have not operated it since it was deactivated in December 2023.

Haringey SEND Transport are insisting that a 17 year old minibus with no air conditioning is a suitable vehicle to transport my paraplegic son in this heatwave. The appalling conditions inside the minibus inside the bus is something they knew about last summer, yet they have to date done nothing whatsoever provide a suitable minibus this year nor appropriately mitigate the temperatures inside the minibus.The conditions inside the minibus are so bad that they triggered multiple seizures during the heatwave as my son has epilepsy, which they SEND transport department know about and they also know that they are triggered by heat.It is not just son who is impacted: last year we know of one child who died on Haringey SEND Transport in the summer heatwave and another who had seizures.
